2016 New Wine Recap

Did you know we released FOUR New Wines this year?!

We're always working on innovation at Adirondack Winery to bring you the next wine you'll love. One of our toughest, but most fun jobs at Adirondack Winery is developing these wines, making our best predictions about the flavor and taste preferences our customers will have. Several times along the process of a new wine, we will taste it and make adjustments, decide to age longer or less, or with more or less oak, etc. The end result we're always proud of!

Lake Winds White - Mango infused whiteLake Winds White

Our first new release of the year was a mango infused white wine we dubbed Lake Winds White. It was released during our 8th Anniversary Celebration in April, and it's been a hit every since! It's semi-sweet and delightfully crisp with the ideal balance of tropcial fruit and understated apple flavors. Learn More>>

Cabernet Franc RoseCabernet Franc Rosé

Our President, Sasha, continually bugged Mike to create one of her favorite styles of wine - Dry Rose - and this summer she finally got her wish with the release of our Cabernet Franc Rose! The summer season was the perfect time for this release, and our first ever dry rosé quickly became our new favorite summertime wine! This Cab Franc Rosé is medium-bodied and dry, bursting with aromas of cherry blossom. We loved sipping it chilled on a hot day, and even made a few rosés too! Learn More>>

Unoaked ChardonnayUnoaked Chardonnay

The next item on the list may look familiar, but it was actually a totally new wine! We decided to create an unoaked version of our Chardonnay and we're so glad we did! This version is able to show the true fruity characteristics of the New York Chardonnay grape, opening with a ripe pear aroma, followed by notes of golden delicious apple and citrus. Learn More>>

The Finer Things - coffee infused portThe Finer Things

Turns out we saved the best for last when we combined coffee and wine! What started as an experiment might turn into a regular product, and we'd hate to ever run out of this coffee infused port! This rich, red dessert wine is delivers the flavors of a medium roast coffee, followed by tones of toffee, raisins and chocolate covered cherries. We only made 100 bottles, plus we created a wine-infused coffee as well! Learn More>>

I prefer the wines on the sweeter side, but any would be fine. Would love to taste the new bottles
