Julie is a tuning fork sound healing practitioner and Development Manager at The Arts Center of the Capital Region, and she’s bringing her work on frequency, nervous-system reset, and embodiment straight to our room.\nShe’ll give us a hands-on introduction to sound healing (yes, you’ll actually experience it), share what led her to this work, and talk about how she blends art, healing, and community in her own practice.\nThen we do what we always do at FRIENDworking: drop the small talk and actually get to know each other.\nNo agenda.
