Vineyard Notes
The grapes for this Cabernet Franc Rose vintage were harvested in the Finger Lakes of New York.
Winemaker Notes
The Cabernet Franc grapes are pressed immediately, whereas our red wines we let ferment in bins with skins on for 2 weeks. This is what gives the wine the light color of pink and a lower level of tannins than traditional Cabernet Franc dry red wine.
Food Pairing Notes
Our Cabernet Franc Rosé pairs well with a multitude of dishes, ranging from shellfish and seafood, light salads, tapas and charcuterie, to rich dishes prepared with the strong flavors of cheese, garlic, basil, rosemary and olives.
Other Notes
Label Image: A dramatic sunset over an island on Lake George. Adirondack enthusiasts treasure summers spent camping on the islands.

Love this wine-one of my very favorites! Not too fruity-delicious and refreshing!
