Vineyard Notes
The grapes for this Cabernet Franc Rose vintage were harvested in the Finger Lakes of New York.
Winemaker Notes
The Cabernet Franc grapes are pressed immediately, whereas our red wines we let ferment in bins with skins on for 2 weeks. This is what gives the wine the light color of pink and a lower level of tannins than traditional Cabernet Franc dry red wine.
Food Pairing Notes
While perfect for hot summer days, this wine complements light salads, pasta & rice dishes, curry dishes and goat cheeses.
Production
324 cases produced.
