Gewurztraminer Cheddar Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
- 12 ozs Cheddar Cheese
- 4 ozs Gruyere Cheese
- 1 cup Gewurztraminer
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Corn Starch
Directions
- Grate both cheeses into a bowl. Sprinkle the corn starch over the cheese and mix.
- Heat wine and lemon juice to a slight boil. Slowly add cheese and stir often until smooth.
- Keep warm and serve as a dip with french or Italian bread, apples or vegetables cut into bite size pieces.
