FRIENDworking is a gathering for women who are done pretending small talk is enough. It’s not about leads or LinkedIn connections. It’s about finding your people, women in your own backyard who get it, who get you, and who you actually want to grab coffee with next week. Whether you just moved to the area, have had a big life change, or just love meeting new people, this event is for you.

Led by LeeAnne Ruff, founder of ADK Woman and creator of FRIENDworking, this experience has become a gathering women love showing up for. Seriously, past attendees have stayed deep in conversation, laughing, and exchanging numbers with women they met just hours before.

That’s what happens when you put the right women in a room and give them permission to be real.

We’re bringing FRIENDworking to ADK Winery in Glens Falls, and we’re keeping it intimate, just 30 seats. Because the magic only works when the room feels as if it were made for you.

Your seat is $15 and gets you into the room. Wine, beer, cider, cocktails and mocktails, as well as flatbreads, charcuterie and more are available for purchase, but the real reason you’re here is the company of women you didn’t know you were missing.🩷
