Whether you’re a total beginner or already obsessed with all things brined, this workshop will leave you feeling confident (and inspired) to start pickling at home.
You’ll explore the ins and outs of fermentation vs. pickling—what sets them apart and when to use each 🧪—plus learn canning and preserving basics to keep your creations fresh and safe 🫙. We’ll take things up a notch with flavor boosters and creative twists, experimenting with spices, herbs, and brines that transform simple ingredients into standout bites 🌿🌶️. You’ll also get entertaining inspiration, from tips on building elevated charcuterie boards 🧀 to incorporating pickled elements into cocktails 🍸 that wow your guests.
