Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Our Gewurztraminer is pleasantly aromatic, bringing forth sweet rose and lychee fruit on the nose, followed by notes of ginger and tart apricot flavors that are nicely balanced with a light sweetness.

Winemaker Notes
“Moderate temperatures throughout the grape growing season played right into the hands of our beloved Gewurztraminer come harvest time in 2019 with nice acidity and brix measurements. One of the more fun grapes to process during harvest season due to its pink skins, this harvest might just be our best yet for this cool-climate grape as the aromatic qualities really shine. A nice balance between the wine’s typical spicy notes and a touch of sweetness.”
Food Pairing Notes
Try pairing this wine with spicy cuisine and curries, gamey meats, sushi, roasted vegetables and mild cheeses.
