The winemaking crew recommends enjoying this wine with a nice blue cheese that has good creaminess to balance the acidity of and sweetness of the wine or Hawaiian pulled pork tacos that brings the sweet yet savory punch of pineapple and white meat together.

One of our favorite “daytime” wines, this Riesling makes a great match for salty snacks, light salads & sandwiches, and its sweetness nicely balances spicy dishes & pungent cheeses.
