Our Merlot is a full bodied dry wine boasting deep purple hues and earthy tones complemented by ripe black cherry and oaky flavors, easy tannins and a silky finish.

Slightly on the heavier side in body and tannin, this year’s Merlot has a nice balance of American and French Oak that gives off a pleasant warming sensation. A warm and dry summer, accompanied by generous punch-downs of the fruit during harvest provides a rich and dark red hue.

We suggest pairing this wine with roasted poultry, beef dishes with rich sauces, roasted vegetables, sharp or smoky cheeses, and dark berry desserts.
