Winemaker Notes
Also known as Pinot Grigio in other parts of the country and world. Its structure is pretty neutral which lends itself to being able to be paired with many different foods. Fun fact: Pinot Gris is a mutation of Pinot Noir so the grape skins are pink and the resulting juice is a rose color. The color changes on it as it ferments to its typical straw-hued color.
Food Pairing Notes
Enjoy this wine alongside seafood, pork, chicken, fish, creamy sauce dishes, light salads or sandwiches and strong cheeses.
