The 2020 vintage of Cab Franc Rose brings out expressive notes of strawberry on the nose and palette. Light notes of raspberry and vanilla can also be found while swirling your glass. Berry jams and sauces are noticed while delving into a cold crisp glass of this year’s vintage on a nice summer day.

The grapes for this Cabernet Franc Rose vintage were harvested in the Finger Lakes of New York.
The Cabernet Franc grapes are pressed immediately, whereas our red wines we let ferment in bins with skins on for 2 weeks. This is what gives the wine the light color of pink and a lower level of tannins than traditional Cabernet Franc dry red wine.
Food Pairing Notes
Our Cabernet Franc Rosé pairs well with a nice herb crusted goat cheese or grilled chicken with mixed vegetables.
