Mulled Spiced Red Wine
Classic Warm Mulled Red Wine is a favorite cocktail to serve during cold months. Enjoy this recipe with Adirondack Winery Pinot Noir or Syrah.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Syrah (Pinot Noir also a great option)
- 1 Orange (sliced)
- 1 Apple (sliced)
- 3 sticks Cinnamon
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Whole Cloves
- 2 Anise Stars
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Heat on low for 2 hours before serving or 1 hour on high. Ladle into mugs garnish with fruit and cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
