Circus Act Cocktail

This sweet cocktail is sure to leave you in awe, just like the circus!

Ingredients

  • Fresh Raspberries
  • White Frosting
  • Rainbow Sprinkles
  • 6 oz Lakeside Bubbly (Raspberry-Infused Sparkling Wine)
  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz Club Soda

Directions

  1. Muddle 3 raspberries in wine glass w/ simple syrup
  2. Rim Glass w/ White Frosting around outside top of glass
  3. Dip rim into rainbow sprinkles
  4. Add a few chunks of cotton candy
  5. Pour 6oz Lakeside Bubbly over in front of customer to full (slowly as it will foam!)
  6. Add 2oz Cranberry Juice
  7. Add 1oz Club Soda
  8. Garnish w/ a puff of cotton candy
