Adirondack Winery Celebrates 18 Years with Anniversary Tasting Experience, New Digital Upgrades, Spring Releases, and Fresh New Restobar Offerings
QUEENSBURY / LAKE GEORGE, N.Y., April 2026 — Adirondack Winery is raising a glass to 18 incredible years in business with a month of celebration, innovation, and springtime flavor.
Founded on April 17, 2008, Adirondack Winery has grown from a small Lake George tasting room into one of New York’s most recognized craft wineries, now producing more than 35 wines and welcoming guests at both its flagship Lake George Tasting Room and its Queensbury headquarters and Restobar. This April, the winery will celebrate its 18th anniversary with a special tasting experience, the relaunch of beloved seasonal favorites, a packed lineup of events, and exciting new improvements for guests both online and in person.
“At 18 years, we’re feeling incredibly grateful and incredibly energized,” said Sasha Pardy, Co-Owner and President of Adirondack Winery. “This anniversary is about honoring the wines, people, and moments that got us here, while also celebrating everything that’s new: our new websites, new shopping and rewards capabilities, a new quarterly wine club, and a fresh new direction for our Restobar. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited about where we’re headed.”
At the heart of the celebration is Adirondack Winery’s “Cheers to 18 Years” Tasting Experience, available April 17–19 at both the Lake George and Queensbury Tasting Rooms. This limited-time guided experience features seven favorite wines and ciders from Adirondack Winery history, plus two premium selections, all chosen to highlight milestone favorites, award winners, customer-loved pours, and family-inspired creations.
The experience includes a sample lineup featuring wines such as Midnight Bubbly, Gewürztraminer, Cabernet Sauvignon, Wild Red, Soaring Strawberry, and Serenity Lavender Rosé, along with Extreme Heights Cidery’s Esther Hibiscus Lime Hard Cider. Guests will also receive a new limited-edition souvenir wine glass featuring a hand-etched Adirondack lake scene, created especially for the anniversary celebration. At select 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Queensbury seatings, the experience also includes a complimentary guided winery tour.
The anniversary celebration comes during a major season of growth and reinvention for the winery. Adirondack Winery has recently launched brand-new websites for both AdirondackWinery.com and ExtremeHeightsCidery.com, giving guests a fresh, more modern digital experience. The company also recently transitioned to a new Commerce7 point-of-sale and ecommerce system, unlocking important new capabilities including the launch of its new MyADK Quarterly Wine Club and Adirondack Rewards Program.
The new MyADK Quarterly Wine Club offers three membership levels and is designed to make it easier than ever for guests to enjoy curated wine shipments, exclusive perks, and savings throughout the year. allows guests to earn points on purchases across wine, food, merchandise, and more, giving loyal customers even more reasons to sip, shop, and visit often.
Another exciting development is happening inside the Queensbury Restobar, where Adirondack Winery is beginning the rollout of a brand-new chef-developed menu focused on craveable shareables and elevated food offerings. The refreshed menu, developed with the help of a professional chef, will be introduced gradually over the coming month and reflects the winery’s continued investment in the Queensbury guest experience.
To kick off the spring season and help lead into Mother’s Day, Adirondack Winery is also celebrating the seasonal return of two fan-favorite pours: Serenity, its lavender-infused rosé wine, and Esther, Extreme Heights Cidery’s Hibiscus Lime Hard Cider. These floral, vibrant seasonal beverages will be featured alongside a new spring cocktail menu showcasing lavender-forward flavors, as well as the return of wine slushies on the winery’s patio.
Guests can join the celebration throughout April with a full calendar of anniversary events, including:

Eighteen years in, we still want people to feel that same sense of discovery and fun every time they walk through our doors.”
