What happens if I can't make it to my reservation?

Wine Tasting experiences booked in advance are non-refundable. Please plan plenty of time to travel, park, and use a restroom in advance of your reservation. If you think you might be arriving late, please call to let us know ASAP and we MAY be able to move your reservation time (cannot guarantee). If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may give up your time slot to another guest. Please understand that if you don't show up, we will most likely lose the revenue we would have made for that time slot all together; so unfortunately, we need to stick to our no refund policy.

Our Tasting Experiences are non-refundable once booked. If you need to change your reservation time, login to your account on TOCK up to 12+ hours in advance of your reservation time. If you do not find a time slot for rescheduling that works for you, your fee WILL NOT be refunded. If you are more than 10 mins late to your reservation, we WILL NOT be able to promise service to your group and your reservation WILL NOT be refunded. You can always transfer your reservation to another person.

Our Tasting Room is open all year, so no matter when you visit, you'll have a chance to stop by. Our busiest times tend to be between the hours of 12pm and 8pm, and weekends tend to be busier than weekdays. View our current store hours to plan your visit.

Where is your wine made?

We are a fully licensed New York State Winery. Our winemaking facility is in Queensbury, NY. At this facility you will find winemaking equipment commonly seen in large commercial wineries; but on a smaller scale.

Do you have a vineyard?

Adirondack Winery does not have its own vineyard, however; we recently planted our first grape vines on our property and hope to have more news on this soon! Currently, all of our award-winning wines are born from the finest quality grapes sourced from farm vineyards across New York state. This method allows us to offer a much broader selection of quality wines (40+ varieties) than is typical of a traditional commercial vineyard winery.

Does Adirondack Winery sell food at the tasting room?

We offer some great complements to our wine made by local artisan food vendors. These included locally made cheeses, chocolates, sauces, drink mixes and more. We have a wide variety of food at our Queensbury Tasting Room including charcuterie boards, brunch boards, and wine ice cream.

Do you offer any alcoholic drinks other than wine?

We only offer wine at our Lake George Tasting Room. However, at our Queensbury Tasting Room we offer beer, cider, and spirits from other local craft beverage producers.

QUEENSBURY: Our Queensbury Tasting Room allows dogs in all outside dining areas. Guide, hearing or Registered Service Dogs are allowed in both inside and outside areas.

LAKE GEORGE: Aside from Registered Service Dogs, pets are NOT allowed at our Lake George Tasting Room as we are not equipped to accommodate pets. We are a licensed Winery Tasting Room and Food Processing Facility in a very small space. While we do not have an outdoor patio, there is a bench in front of the Tasting Room. If you plan to come with pets, please be prepared to have someone sit outside with your pet while others in your party taste and shop.

What about Emotional Support Animals? Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are NOT considered "Service" animals under the ADA, nor in the state of New York; therefore Emotional Support Animals are NOT allowed at our Tasting Rooms.
