Returns & Cancellations
New York State law does not permit refunds or exchanges of Alcoholic Beverages. The only exception is IF the wine is damaged or considered "bad", the winery is allowed to EXCHANGE the wine with the consumer for the SAME PRODUCT.
If you have received a damaged or "bad" bottle, We ask that you supply a picture (via email) of the damaged product; or return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement to our Tasting Room. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is damaged, corked, or flawed. Please send us an email to arrange for any returns or exchanges. You will receive an exchange or full refund, including shipping and handling charges, for any wine considered damaged or flawed.
For Non-Alcoholic products, Adirondack Winery accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of your receipt of the product. You must first return the product to us, in the same condition it arrived to you, before we refund your credit card. Your refund will deduct the initial shipping charges, unless the product arrived damaged, or you received a product other than what you ordered.
