4. Cabernet Franc Rosé (Dry Rosé)

This medium bodied, dry rosé wine offers aromas of blooming cherry blossom followed by distinct wild strawberry tones and a touch of green bell pepper, with a refreshingly tart, lingering finish.

Pairs great with: Shellfish and seafood, charcuterie, and rich dishes prepared with the strong flavors of cheese, garlic, basil, rosemary and olives.

5. Iced Cabernet Franc (Iced Style Dessert Wine)

Made from Cabernet Franc grapes frozen post-harvest, this full-bodied dessert wine is delicious and complex. It opens with aromas of candied orange peel, then floods the palate with deliciously complex flavors of sweet strawberry, banana and a touch of honeyed melon that lingers on the palate.
