Executive Chef J.D. Salvato of Wandering Food Dude has thoughtfully crafted each dish, infused with our wines, to evoke the flavors of fall.

🍴THE MENU:
🥗 1st Course: Salad of Baby Greens w/ Roasted Root Vegetables, Cranberries, Gorgonzola & Dijon Vinaigrette infused with our Cranberry Wine. 
🍷Pairing: Berry Breeze or Dry Riesling.

🍲2nd Course: Apple Butternut Squash Soup made with our Dry Riesling. 
🍷Pairing: Orchard Blossom or Gewurztraminer. 

🍗3rd Course: Fall Harvest Chicken Breast stuffed with goat cheese, cranberries & apples, topped w/ Adirondack Winery Moonlight Rose Sauce. 
🍷Pairing: Red Carriage or Baco Noir

🍎4th Course: Pear & Apple Crisp with a delicious cinnamon crumble, topped w/ a Whipped Cream infused w/ our Orchard Blossom wine.
