Wine Wisdom: Wine Blending

Learn the art of wine blending from 6pm to 8pm with our Wine Wisdom class! Wine blending has long been the best expression of a wine maker’s creativity - you will learn about the history of common blends and create both some common and unique blends of your own! Plus, you’ll take blending to the next level by making a fun wine cocktail! You will also enjoy a selection of gourmet charcuterie-inspired snacks that pair well with wine, included in your ticket price! The class is led by a knowledgeable wine concierge and is held upstairs in our brand-new private events space overlooking the winery! You will leave with reference materials, a souvenir Adirondack Winery glass, and a bottle of wine that you want to use to make your favorite blend at home!
You will be served approx. 12oz of wine during this class, via several sample pours - - both sweet and dry wine options are provided. The bottle of wine included in your ticket is limited to $20.00.
