With our NEW Celebratory "Dark Chocolate Infused" Sweet Red Wine and a Signature Barkeater Truffle on top!
Ingredients
- chocolate sanding sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. bourbon
- 1 oz. Celebratory Chocolate Wine
- 1 oz. Springbrook Cowboy Coffee
- 1 1/2 oz. heavy cream
- 1 Barkeater Signature Truffle
Directions
1. Dip Finger in Simple Syrup, Rim chilled martini glass with Chocolate Sanding Sugar
2. Drizzle Ghirardelli Chocolate syrup in circular swirls along bottom of glass
3. Fill a cocktail shaker w/ ice & add:
1. 1½ Oz Bourbon
2. 1 Oz Celebratory Chocolate Wine
3. 1 Oz Springbrook Cowboy Coffee
4. 1½ Oz Heavy Cream
4. Shake thoroughly until cold to the touch
5. Strain into a chilled martini glass
6. Spear 1 Barkeater Signature Truffle on a metal stick, center it, lay it flat across the glass
