Jasmine Rice & Pineapple Salad

- 2 cups Jasmine rice - cooked and cooled
- 3 tbsps greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 cup starfruit diced (optional)
- Once the rice is at room temp, stir in all ingredients and chill for 1 hour before serving.
