Vinaigrette infused with Orchard Blossom (green apple infused white wine), featured at our 8th Anniversary Wine dinner, this salad dressing works well with virtually any veggie mix!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Hearty Grain Mustard
- 1 Pinch of Sugar
- 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cups Orchard Blossom (Green Apple Infused White Wine)
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together wine, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar
- Slowly add oil, whisking until emulsified. You can also shake all ingredients in a jar or whirl them in a blender.
- Serve over your favorite mix of greens and fresh veggies, and enjoy!
