Adirondack Winery 11th Anniversary Wine Dinner

Join us for our 11th anniversary wine dinner! A five-course culinary spectacular with every menu item infused with and paired with your favorite Adirondack Winery wines!

6-6:45 pm: Welcome Reception & Cocktail Hour at the Fort William Henry Tankard Tavern, featuring exclusive tastings of our latest wine release, games (Caption This! Giant Jenga), wine tastings, locally sourced cheese, crackers & crudités, plus featured wine cocktails at the cash bar, hot appetizer samples from special guests Eagle Ridge Farms & more! 

6:45-9 pm: Five-Course Seated Dinner prepared by the talented Chef Dan Palmer of the Fort William Henry Hotel. Each course is both prepared with and paired with the perfect Adirondack Winery Wine (approx 3 oz per course) to sip and savor while you indulge in each course! (Menu coming soon, featuring a wine-infused soup, salad, palate cleanser, duet entree, and dessert!)

After Party 9pm+: Hang around at the Tankard Tavern and visit with old and new friends, dance the night away to music by DJ Duane Bullard of Mobile Sound Unlimited, and enjoy a few more of our specialty wine cocktails at the bar!
