The 2019 Adirondack Wine & Food Festival is THIS WEEKEND - and it's shaping up to be the biggest one yet, with 40% more vendors than last year, special Sunday events - including wine & chocolate pairing - and so much more.

The Sunday events are new this year to appeal those looking for a more laid back day in a more casual setting. These events include wine & chocolate pairing with Barkeater chocolates, wine glass candle making with Wax 'n' Wix of Lake George and wine canvas painting with Sip & Canvas of Glens Falls. Wine & Chocolate for Dummies
11:30am – 12:15pm / 45 minute session
Enlighten your senses as Deb Morris of Barkeater Chocolates and the Barkeater Team, walks you through the basics of chocolate & wine pairing. This special ticketed session will feature samples of 4 different FlavorWow chocolates perfectly paired with 4Adirondack Winery wines. Learn about the taste profiles of each of the chocolates and how to best choose the wines to enjoy them with, and more.

Join Deb Morris of Barkeater Chocolates and the Barkeater Team, for this in-depth Chocolate and Wine Pairing session. This special ticketed session will include 5 samples of FlavorWow chocolates, expertly paired with 5 award-winning Adirondack Winery wines. During this advanced class, you will learn about the history of chocolate making and some of the secrets behind Barkeater’s award-winning chocolates. Learn how to closely tune into all five senses to make the most of each chocolate and wine pairing.

Wine Glass Candle Making
3:45pm – 4:45pm / 60 minutes
Handcraft a unique candle in a large souvenir Adirondack Winery wine glass, complete with colors and scents of your choice (Cabernet, Chardonnay, Vanilla, Lavender and more!), under the guidance of the fun folks from Wax ‘n Wix of Lake George!
