Welcome the Season with our New Spring Cocktail Recipes!

Start Spring off right with cocktails that taste like sunshine in a glass! 

As the snow melts away and flowers begin to bloom, it's time to welcome the season with a bang - and what better way to do that than with this delicious lineup!

Spring Cocktails

Jelly Jar Adirondack Winery

The Jelly Jar

Single Serve cocktail:

  • 2 oz Semi-Dry Riesling
  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Strawberries for muddling
  • 1 Strawberry to garnish
  • 1.5 oz Soaring Strawberry Jelly
  • 4 Basil Leaves for muddling
  • Club Soda

Directions:

  • In a shaker, muddle 2 strawberries, Soaring Strawberry Jelly, 4 basil leaves, and simple syrup. Then add ice.
  • Add vodka, lemon juice, Semi-Dry Riesling, simple syrup.
  • Shake well and strain into a mason jar filled with ice.
  • Top with club soda
  • Garnish with strawberry 

Blooming Red Sangria

Blooming Red Sangria

Prepare Container to sit overnight:

  • 1 Bottle Prospect Mtn White
  • 1.5 Bottles Red Ruby
  • 12 oz Whiskey
  • 8 oz Orange Juice
  • 4oz Orangecello
  • 4 oz Triple Sec Syrup
  • 4 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 Sliced Oranges
  • 1 Cup Peaches (frozen)

To Serve Full Sized Cocktail:

  • Fill Rocks glass w/ ice
  • Add 8oz pre-batched mixture
  • Garnish w/ an Orange slice 

Bourbon BerryThe Bourbon Berry

Prepare Container to sit overnight:

  • 2 cups Mint Leaves (muddled)
  • 2 Bottles Soaring Strawberry
  • 1 Bottle Bourbon
  • 1 Wine bottle of Lemonade
  • 8 oz Grenadine
  • 2c Sliced Strawberries(frozen)
  • 6oz Lime Juice
  • 4oz Simple Syrup

To Serve Full Sized Cocktail:

  • Rim Wine Glass w/ Gold Sugar 
  • Fill Glass with ½ Ice 
  • Add 6oz pre-batched mixture  
  • Top w/ 2oz Ginger ale 
  • Garnish w/ Cinnamon Stick 

French 75French 75

Prepare Container to sit overnight:

  • 1 bottle Gin
  • 12 oz Lemon Juice
  • 12 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Lemon Sliced 

To Serve Full Sized Cocktail:

  • Rim collins glass w/ Gold Sugar, fill w/ ice
  • Add 5oz pre-batched mixture
  • Top w/ 3 oz Midnight Bubbly
  • Garnish w/ Lemon Wheel

 

 


A Long Awaited SpringA Long Awaited Spring

Single Serve Cocktail:

  • Rim Collins glass with Pink Sugar
  • 3 oz Soaring Strawberry
  • 1 oz Gin
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Honey
  • 1 oz Greek Yogurt
  • 1.5 oz Hibiscus Simple Syrup

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients into shaker
  • Shake well and strain into glass with ice
  • Garnish with dried hibiscus and strawberry on a skewer.

Fireside Espresso MartiniFireside Espresso Martini

Single Serve Cocktail:

  • 2 oz Cowboy Coffee
  • 1 oz Fireside
  • 1 oz Cold Coffee
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup

Directions:

  • In a shaker with ice add all ingredients 
  • Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with 3 floating coffee beans

 

 


Peanut Butter PiePeanut Butter Pie

Single Serving Cocktail:

  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Graham Cracker
  • 1oz Fireside Port
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1.5 oz Peanut Butter Simple Syrup

 

Directions:

  • In a chilled martini glass, make a lip rim w/ chocolate syrup and graham cracker crumble.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup swirls in glass
  • All all ingredients into shaker
  • Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass

Fireside MochaThe Circus Act

Single Serving Cocktail:

  • A few small pieces of Cotton Candy
  • 5 oz Lakeside Bubbly
  • 1 oz Cotton Candy Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • Piece of Cotton Candy to garnish

Directions:

  • Rim a wine glass with white frosting and sprinkles then add the above ingredients, no ice!

*Note: Pour Lakeside Bubbly slowly, it will bubble over!

 


Wild Dr. PepperWild Dr Pepper

Single Serving Cocktail:

  • 1.5 oz Spiced Rum
  • 2 oz Wild Red
  • A splash of Grenadine
  • Top with Coke
  • Whipped Cream, Strawberry drizzle, and a Cherry to garnish

Directions:

  • Fill a glass with ice and add the above ingredients
  • Garnish with whipped cream, strawberry drizzle, and a cherry

 

 


Mulled Wine & Hot Apple Toddy

Weren't expecting this 3rd winter? No worries! Try our Warm Wine Cocktails, made in the crockpot to hit the spot & give you that warm and cozy feeling before Spring is fully here! 

 

Spiked Apple Toddy

Prepare in a crockpot on medium heat, then turn down to low:

To Serve:

  • Rim Coffee Mug in cinnamon sugar
  • Fill with 8oz of Hot Apple Toddy
  • Add 1.5oz Shot of American Oak Double Barrel Bourbon (optional)
  • Garnish w/ Cinnamon Sugar Apple Slice

 

Boozy Mulled Wine

  • 1 bottle of red wine (Red Carriage preferred, but Red Barn or Baco Noir will work well too!)
  • 1 bottle of water
  • 6 oz cranberry juice
  • 8 oz LUSH Spiced Wine Mix

To Serve:

  • Rim Coffee Mug in cinnamon sugar
  • Fill with 8oz Hot Spiced Mulled Red Wine
  • Add 1.5oz Shot of American Oak Whiskey (optional)
  • Garnish w/ orange wheel, sliced in half
